No Clomid if you already ovulate?

Clomid is not a miracle BFP drug like some think, it just helps women ovulate who dont natually and can make women ovulate more then one egg which can raise the chance of conception but that does guarantee conception will happen and clomid raises the chance of M/C because it thins the uterine lining which makes it difficult for implantation to happen ,so if you ovulate on your own I think its best to try natural .I personally would prefer injectables (FSH) over clomid again.

I already ovulated on my own and kept losing the babies. My FS put me on Letrozole because he said it can make for stronger eggs. I was worried about the risk of multiples, but he said it was very small. We found out today we are having twins. You could ask about the Letrozole, but know there is a chance you could end up with more than one.
