August 2016 was the last time i had a normal flowing period heavy day 1 moderate day 2/3 light day 4 and gone by day 5. Maybe off by 2 days.

December 14th had sex

15dpo ☆ Wednesday January 4th 》4:30am cramping & light light bleeding put in tampon, hurt too much to keep in 6:00 stained but not soaked 7:00 cramping vomiting and pooped, small droplets of blood when I wipe, vomiting at 12:30pm, no flow until around 7-7:20pm very very very light, dark blood and thick
16dpo ☆ Thursday January 5th 》no cramping more like scratching/scraping feeling right side where tiny ball moved to on 9 or 11dpo, ewcm when going to bathroom, blood in cervix not flowing unless forced, stringy thick clots, lots of old blood by cervix, tampon 10-10:30pm
17dpo ☆ Friday January 6th 》8-15am stained but not soaked, 1 small clot when peeing, nothing when wiping. 8:15 put in another. 11:00 very small clot & lots of ewcm on tampon, nothing when peeing, no fresh blood. new tampon, no tampon since 1pm no spotting, nothing when i wipe, cervix high super soft and closed, put tampon in at 9-30pm took out around 2/3am no blood
18dpo ☆ Saturday January 7th 》11-30am woke up with blood in underwear, light spotting when peeing, put in tampon, no cramping, very hard abdomen, cervix still high, bulge uterus area, headache
19dpo ☆ Sunday January 8th 》chest pain, heartburn and headache, bulge uterus area, full but wanted more to eat, had sex, full feeling
20dpo ☆ Monday January 9th 》bulge uterus area, cervix very high and soft, creamy cm, sharp pulling in left rib area, had sex
21dpo ☆ Tuesday January 10th 》HUNGRY!! Full feeling, hugh cervix, squisht ball location hard
22dpo ☆ Wednesday January 11th 》heavy feeling abdomen, pinching feeling after checking cervix, headache, tingling nipples
23dpo ☆ Thursday January 12th 》woke up with swollen glands / sore throat lasted about 4.5hrs bubbly popping feeling in abdomen, runny nose. Milky /creamy cm, stuffy nose.
24dpo ☆ Friday January 13th 》running nose, uncomfortable, hard in abdomen under naval, loads of clear thick jelly mucus when sneezed, vibrating feeling, flu like sick

Cycles after August, really light and spotting.

If not having proper flow you may have an estrogen or progesterone issue. A cycle should be 3 days or more on average(2 days for some) and medium to heavy at least one day. We are all unique but it just doesn't sound right to me for healthy fertility to be having constant "spotting periods"

Yes, does that sound like first trimester bleeding? October's period was late. Shifted my due date to CD 36 from CD 33. Haven't taken a test since November which was negative.
As of today, January 16th still have the popping feeling in my uterus which hasn't dropped at all this cycle.
