Hi Everyone,

I am back here again after a 'failed attempt' at getting pregnant last month :nope:

This month has been different in so far as I haven't had a LH surge yet - well I don't think I have, as I have been using OPK's and they have all been negative so far.

I am on CD14 now and have just had yet another negative OPK and am beginning to get worried that I am not going to ovulate this month!!! There is not even a hint of a line... zilch! nada!

Is it too late for me to ovulate at CD14? I have always had a 31 day cycle except for last month which was a 26 day cycle (first time ever)...

I am charting and temping and OPK'ing and I sometimes think the more information we have, the more obsessed we get! maybe I should just ditch all of this paraphernalia and just bury my head in the sand!!

Hi. Don't worry I'm sure you will ovulate! My cycles are generally around 30 days and I think I usually ovulate around day 17. Remember it can be different each month. I've also bought some ovulation tests for this month and like you I will probably also start worrying. If I obsess about it this month I might not bother next month.

I got my first dark line at CD17 this month, first month ever of using them and snow white CD16.CD15.CD14 ..negs up till then.

My lines are fading fast now at CD19.

My cycles are usually 33 days x

Hey hun, I normally get Faint Neg lines on normal OPKs & Highs on my CBFM from about CD13 and i only got my first faint Neg last night CD17 and my first high this morning CD18 i normally Ovulate CD19

You not alone hun :hugs:

I know its terrible but everyone has a cycle they dont ovulate in ever so often :hugs:

What CD do you usially Ovulate? x

Aw thanks ladies :hugs:

I just did another OPK now and it is still negative despite the fact that I have had cramps all day today (similar to that you would experience at the onset of a period) and EWCM... I was hoping they might have been ovulation pains...

I thought for sure my OPK would be positive but no

I give up... last month it all correlated very well but this month is a mystery to me.

I've had a positive OPK ranging from day 11 to day 17 over the last few months and I normally have 28 day cycle so I would try not to worry too much. Saying that, I'm worrying myself because I haven't had a positive OPK yet this month either! Even though I think it's most likely tomorrow.

Getting the EWCM is definitely a good sign. Also I've read recently that for some women the LH surge happens for less than 24 hours so you might need to test twice a day. Also that it goes up during the day so it's best not to do it first thing in the morning.

Fingers crossed for you xx

Mine were all negative, hardly any hint of a line until CD16 when I had cramps all day, then when I tested at night it was positive, then I tested the morning of CD17 and it was still positive. Then after that they went back to barely visible.
