No mature follies!

Day 10 scan for IUI today and my one, yes only one dominant follie hadn't grown. It is only 12mm!

I have recently had a lap for endo, which they removed and was told to try naturally and IUI. We were advised to not use drugs due to possible early menopause issues, so we have been trying it all naturally.

I am going back on Day 12 for them to decide what to do next. I'm guessing if its not maturing, there is no point in continuing this cycle and converting it to cycle tracking instead.

Advice please, what does it mean if my follicles are growing?

Ok, so does this mean you had another scan a few days ago and your follie was the same size then?
Or why do they think it isn't growing?

This may be completely irrelevant but last year I had a scan on day 10. Natural cycle post ERPC (the scan was to check for retained tissue but we had a look around while we were in there). I had one dominant follicle and it measured 12mm... and yes, I fell pregnant that cycle. It took a while to ripen, too. I think I popped at cd 18. Must have taken the slow route

Just had a look at my chart and I ovulated on day 17.

Yes I had a scan on day 8 and then day 10 and they want me to go in on day 12, but in the mean time do test sticks.
It hadn't grown and they were so surprised, as my cycle has been at a constant 26 days since my lap and before and now I ovulate around day 13. I guess there is still time, but I was so alarmed.
They made out like you couldn't get a BFP off a 12mm follie.
