1 low half pack of low fat crisps then i read them they had 6grams fat per bag so stopped


breakfast

Boiled egg 1 slice of weight watchers bread

lunch
2 slices of turkey and salad

tea

Veg soup


Exersise

Only school run 1 x 15min walk
 
So tday I am feeling yuck ...tired and headache i slept 12 hrs last night which is at 1st so maybe i overslept idk ...hubby says its the diet i think not i stopped taking pill on monday so think my hormones and such are ajusting x
 
aw hun, hope your headache clears, it could be where you've cut down on sugar foods? i'm getting headaches, but from where i've cut down on caffeine
 
Blimey Serina hun that doesn't sound like alot of food so far today :(

I really hope you loose the weight you want to hun but you have alot of LO's to run round after and you need to keep your energy up to hun xxx

after a busy week with lily being ill i didnt keep a dairy of what i ate but ive lost 7lb this wk

current weight 205lbs bmi 40
