No period after removal of Paragard..help!

Hello ladies! I used to be pretty active on this forum early last year when my husband and I were actively TTC#1. I had been off the pill for about 13 months and it took about that long to get my hormones regulated and periods back on track, then I decided to get the non-hormonal IUD paragard put in in August because DH and I wanted to be 'safe' for a few months because we had a lot of vacations planned throughout that time. I got it removed right after Christmas, so I only had it in for 4 months and now my period is late. I should have started last week and there is no sign of it. I've taken 3 different tests and they all come back negative. Has anyone else experienced this after the paragard removal? I'm really upset because the only reason I used this was because it was supposed to be non-hormonal and NOT mess with my periods and now I feel like I'm back at square one and have to start taking Vitex again to regulate my periods again. I also just started using Dong Quai to hopefully kick start my period.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello and welcome back! I have never had an IUD so can not offer support with that. I started a support thread on this forum for women with irregular cycles and just wanted to invite you to join (if you feel you are in this category).
