Nosebleeds as an early pregnancy sign?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past year. This month about 5 days after ovulation I started getting nosebleeds that have now lasted almost a week. Sometimes they're runny and sometimes it's just bloody mucus. I've read online that nosebleeds can be a sign but haven't read anything about it being an early symptom. I've never had a nosebleed or bloody mucus in my life. I didn't scratch my nostril (it's only in the right side by the way) and I don't believe I have a sinus infection which I saw can also cause nosebleeds. My period is supposed to start in 5 days so I'm trying not to get my hopes up, just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else out there.

It did for me. I generally get nosebleeds when the air is very dry, but it's only first thing in the morning. With my BFP from my May/July cycle this year, I was getting little nosebleeds all day long. I could smell the blood in my nose, and it was present when I blew into a tissue, but it wasn't enough that it'd drip from my nostrils or anything.

The all-day-long part was what tipped me off. I was absolutely certain I'd get a BFP that cycle, and then I did. It ended in a MC, though.

I think the important thing is to look at what's different/unusual for you, and try to rule out other causes before jumping to pregnancy. Since you've never had this problem before, it really could be related to pregnancy hormones. But if AF still shows up, make sure you're taking note of the bloody nose problem for the next time it happens.

Are you tracking your BBT at all? Tracking your temperature along with these other symptoms is very helpful.

This happened to me twice in my tww's...bfn both times. It might happen to some women but I think it's more coincidence than a pregnancy sign.
