mobiles-45
car insurance paid in full for year

we pay out about 1137 per month all in then we just bit and bat at our disposable income when ever we need it we have no debts no loans no credit cards or finance everything is paid for outright at the time we buy if we cant afford it cash we dont get it so we allways know were we are and we are in the process of saving as much as we can each month so we can buy our house morgage free in 5 years we will be able to do so :)

jeez your buying a house mortgage free? im shocked. you must be seriously saving!!

Wow, how does some of you only spend £200 a month of food shopping. My other half and I find it really hard keeping our weekly shop to less than £100 a week for 2 adults and 3 children age 1, 9 and 11 years old. So £200 a month is great. :)

Hi
Ilove nosey posts like this :)
At the moment I am paying lots of credit cards so they are clear by the time i am PG.

See below what our outgoings will be AFTER the cards are paid

I'll do a breakdown of mine
mortgage £680
council tax £103
gas n elec £50
mobile phone £28
petrol £80
food £200
life insurance £21
Sky (tv phone broadband) £40

So around £1200
Income each month will be £2900. Cant wait to be debt free as i want to save £1000 a month for when I go on mat leave

rent : £378 I think a month
Council tax : £126 per month
water : £50 per month direct debit to go into water account for payment every 3 months.
Gas/electric :was £40 each but changed to npower and we'll pay £90 for both til they have a correct usage amount
TV license :£5.60 a week
mobile : £10 each (1 phone for me, one for partner)
tv/line rental/internet : £20-30 a month

Food: big 2 weekly shop £3-40 so around £6-80 a month)
Leo milk and nappies : around £30-40 a month

OH spends maybe £120-140 a month on petrol and same again for money to his 9 year old son's mum.
Our food shop is so low cos we mainly go to Home bargains and Asda (home bargains have big named food for cheapy prices - amoy noodles that are £1.49 everywhere are 49p!) also its mainly me and OH eating so the food bill will go up when Leo starts eating with us

Rent $1500
Car payment $500
Utilities $300
Groceries $800
Insurance on both cars $200
Gas for the month for both cars $600
Bank payment $500
Canada Savings Bonds $100 biweekly
Childcare $500
Hot lunch program for kids $35
Scouts and Girl Guides $25 (broken down)
Swim club for kids $110 (broken down)
Miscellaneous $250

The rest, if any...savings or extra bill payments

Im so nosey aswell, loved looking at what other people are paying :blush: :haha:

Here's mine (pm):

Mortgage = £780
Gas/Elec = £90
Furniture loan = £40
Water = £40
Food = £120
Petrol = £100
Council Tax = £126
Home/personal insurance = £40
O2 internet = £15

Total = £1351.

Approx £700-800 goes into savings per month so we have plenty of savers accounts, also planning like leahsbabybump to be mortgage free as soon as possible.

Before I was on stupid SMP my wage monthly was £800. Now it's £410 (we're due in December but been on it since end of Aug due to stress and bleeding; it was more then being on the sick!)
OH get's £210 a week

Monthly -
Rent - £375
council Tax - £102 (hate paying them passionately! Haha)
Gas & Leci - £60-80
Water - £21
Sky & Net - £70
2 iPhone Contracts - £120
Home Insurance - £19
Life Insurace (OH) - £26
Food shopping – (weekly usually - £20-30) if we've got the spare money we'd do a huge shop and spend about £90-100
TV License - £20
travelling - £51 for a monthly bus pass for me to get to the hospital. OH walks to work.

The nursery we've been looking at is £155 a week for 0-2 year olds and baby food, nappies and wipes are included (I work as a Nursery Practitioner and that is ace value for money just the £300 deposit is going to kill is when we need to pay it!). Thats before the benefits and child tax credits are taken away :).

So at the moment monthly income is - £1250
and monthly outcome is - £1005 at the highest of our bills and not including childcare yet!

Money I hate it sometimes!
