Not getting much from pumping...

I have been pumping since the very beginning of bfing and have always managed to get a decent amount but not huge. I used to get between 250-300ml a day and could easily get 150ml in a sitting in the evening. During the last week, this has dropped each day and now I'm lucky if I get 80ml between both boobs and I'm getting hardly anything at all from the left boob.

I've tried fenugreek which has worked in the past to increase my supply but it hasn't worked this time. Anyone have any ideas about what's going on and what I can do? I need to express for the last feed of the day which is a bottle first with a bf top up.

I heard that massaging and applying a warm flannel can help. x

I got to a certain point where I couldnt get much anymore. I just stopped bothering!!
Do you pump while feeding? That used to help me.

I still haven't figured out how to position the pump and Aisling while holding onto them both!!

I rested a v pillow along my lap and on the arm of the sofa with her head that end. Get her on and prop boob into place with muslins so you have 2 hands free to deal with the pump
