The last time I went to the doctor I lost around seven pounds... since then I've lost another eight pounds. So starting this week I'm going to keep a food journal to see what I'm eatting or how much. I do admit, I don't eat nearly as much as I use to since I became pregnant. I'll smell something (meat cooking) and my appetite is gone for a while. I'm really trying to force myself to eat, but I'm not sure what to do when I just don't have a desire to eat. The only weird craving I've had so far is for sweet and sour gummy bears.... I do know that this isn't the healthiest thing to consume, but I just need to know am I the only one loosing instead of gaining weight?
