Not nausea but..

Right i'm gonna try just taking folic acid and c if that helps! Thanks ladies :)

I know someone who swears by ginger beer for trapped wind - also ginger is meant to settle your stomach, so maybe it'll be extra helpful?

There are some over the counter gas remedies you can take while pregnant, either ask your doctor which ones in specific or ask a pharmacist. :-)

OMG!!! at last! someone else who shares the random bubbly trappedness in your throat feeling that you cant get rid of if you try to burp because it just brings up partly digested food symptom same as meeee!

Ive been feeling so rubbish, i tried rennies but it didnt work :( So annoying ! If you find ANYTHING that works please tell me! i'll stalk this thread !!!
Peppermint tea didnt even work :( sad times.

Having the same issue for days now and I only just tested today!! Not impressed it started at 3 weeks! but would rather be pregnant than not

Glad I'm not alone with this! It's awful... the need to burp feels like it's constant and gets worse when I bend over... which is loads when clearing up after a toddler!

OMG I thought it was just me!!! I have been feeling exactly the same, which I thought was weird because I have eliminated my diet soda from my diet. I did the whole "burp and thow up in you mouth" thing earlier too. BLECH!

i have been precsribed pantaloc40mg which is safe for pregnant women. it has done wonders. I had what you had in collaboration with indegestion and feeling like my food is not going down.

I recommend eating slower youll intake less air and when you drink try to be sure there is no air in your mouth youll notice a big difference if you take care to notice these kinds of things.

Glad uz are feeling better. Strangely enough my sickness has settled since taking just folic acid (Pregnacare run out lol) Still having the gassy feeling, especially at night. Dont like to hold it in either or I get bad stomach pains (Poor fiance, having to suffer it lol!) Guess hes suffering for his part lol! :)
Wishing u all a healthy and happy 9 months. Let me know how coming off the vitamins works for you. x x :dust:

I tend to get quite a lot of indigestion anyway (before being pregnant) so I'm not looking forward to the idea of it getting worse!!! But, what I've found generally is that if I eat smaller mouthfuls and chew until the food is practically pureed then I tend not to get indigestion. I hope this helps

I've now been prescribed Metoclopramide by my doc and this is working wonders! So nice to feel a little more human - shamae it's not fixed the tiredness at all!
