Try taking Vitex (agnus castus). It really helps with pcos. It balances hormones and shortens cycles making it easier to conceive.

^ i have two bottles of vitex in my cupboard, just didn't want to start on it if i o'd.

i'll give it another week and then start on it.

Start the day AF ends and take through whole cycle until next AF. If you get pregnant keep taking it until the doctor says it is ok to stop. It raises progesterone and if you stop too soon, you could miscarry.

just not sure if and when i'll get AF. it didn't happen naturally last time.

however, today i have felt like AF was here, with cramps and just a heavy feeling like i get when she's usually in town. it was strange. maybe i did o?

i just checked my cervix (as i regularly do) and it is tan blood-streaked.

Cervix today has dark red blood and I guess it's AF.

Sad that I missed BD during my fertile time. I never O, and we missed it!
