Hi ladies
I'm just in a pickle, probably over thinking it all!
Ever since I had my booking appointment at the midwife unit I loved it, they only have 2 babies born a week and it's lovely and small. But... if anything goes wrong the hospital they transfer you to is about 45mins away
Now I'm thinking is it silly to want to be that far away if something where to go wrong? I know most the time than can see how stuff is going but what if I pushed and she got stuck or something?
Also what if I just can't cope without an epidural and I can't have one
I don't know what to do now, you can have the baby at the proper hospital then transfer back to midwife unit. I wouldn't even know how to go about changing my mind and then I'd feel like I was offending everybody. Maybe I should speak to midwives at my next appointment and see if they are able to reassure me
Has anybody else had this kind of dilemma or any experiences.
Thanks ladies, I've still got ages so maybe I will have found something new to worry about before long!
