Not sure if pregnant

So I’m on birth control iud and I feel as I am pregnant. I’ve been having nausea for a week and yesterday afternoon I’ve been having lower back aches with light cramping. But the thing is I have an iud and I haven’t missed my period. I have took a test and came out negative. Worried !

I would trust the tests, maybe take another in a week in case it’s early.

If it’s still negative and you’re concerned, contact your doctor. Gl! x

If it was negative then it's unlikely you're pregnant. Maybe test again soon though just to double check. Sometimes our bodies can have weird symptoms that mimic pregnancy symptoms even though we're not actually pregnant.
