Not sure if this is my morning sickness worse or something else??

Ive felt terrible since yesterday afternoon. I feel terribly ill to the point where i cant eat or drink anything...didnt have much dinner last night. Went to bed at 8.30 and woke up bout 1 in the morning thinking oh gosh im going to be sick. Ive had slight tummy cramps yesterday and i did have 6 or 7 bowel movements yesterday that were not normal. I still feel terrible today.I cant eat or drink anything....do you think its my morning sickness or something else?

I know ms can come and go mine was bad earlier but mild now and also my bms have been all over the place but might be worth giving the doc a call just in case you have a bug

I had that a couple of weeks ago. I t felt like really bad ms with diarrhea. I couldn't keep anything down for 2 days and then it passed. My whole family got including my 9 month old and I know it's going around. Prhaps you've got it. It's harmless though and will go away on it's own. Good luck!
