Not sure of my due date now?

Hello my name is Madeleine, I am due on 18'th January seen the midwife today for a checkup as i am 32 weeks but she has wrote 33+1 weeks.

She also wrote that i am measuring 35cm when the week before i was 31 weeks measuring 29cm. She also wrote down that she had not seen my urine sample even though i gave it to her, she has also written down a completely wrong surname for me. I understand she may have been busy and all and she has been my midwife for weeks so im wondering what has happened? Has she moved my due date forward because of how much i am measuring or should i ask her about it next time i see her? Thank you.

You can't move dates from size, I measured the most of 42cm at 37 weeks, dates are done by measurements on scans not fundal height I'd phone them and explain to try clear it up
