Not sure what to think

I got a cerclage at 11w and my cervix was already down to 1cm. I have been on bed rest for awhile now,but was just now put on strict bed rest a few weeks ago. I am now 28 weeks and have been on hospital bed rest for 9 days. I have already got the steroid shots for my little boys lungs. My dr had me admitted because I really have no cervix left but am still closed and my stitch is the only thing holding little man in, and he is trying to get me another 3 weeks. He always told me that I would probably not ever go to 34 weeks. My last pregnancy I delivered my son at 30w6d without going into labor, at 28 weeks I dilated to 2 cm with bulging membranes and continued to dilate till the day I gave birth I was 8cm dilated and not in labor. My dr checked me today and nothing has changed in a week thankfully. He said there is no way to know how far I will carry, he suspects that either my water will break or I will start bleeding. I will have a repeat c-section. Oh and I am also funneled to the stitch. Does anyone have any stories of anything similar?
