Not sure what to think?..

Had pinkish bleeding this morning (Which has now turned red) went to hospital and they gave me a vaginal scan... Should be 8+3 but baby measured 6w couldn't see heartbeat but they said it might be too early and to go back in 10 days for another scan. My feeling is that it's bad news.... Has anyone had this before and everything's turned out ok??

If you're not sure on your ovulation dates, baby could be anywhere. By my LMP I should be 11 wks and 4 days, but I ovulated way later than usual and om only 8wks 6 days. So baby was measuring a couple weeks behind. But thankfully, I knew when ovulation occured so I didn't freak out.
