Not sure what's going on

Hi everyone I'm new to this so bear with me. Last week I started my period. I had some nausea before but thought nothing of it. Had some really severe neck pain leading up to Thanksgiving morning. Went to use the bathroom and found this on my tissue. I took a urine test which came back negative. Funny enough the neck pain went away after this happened. Went to urgent care but doc thinks it was just stringy tissue but I dont think tissue would come out with defined features like this. IDK if anyone went through similar. I'm still in pain and nauseous
