I'm having a really stupid cycle at the moment and have been taking agnus castus to see if there is any improvement in my cycle before I go to the Dr for help.

I've started opk testing today and got these ...

This first one, I didn't check until 20 minutes as my neighbour popped round. But, when I did the second one (which seems significantly lighter), I took the picture at 10 minutes, but checked again at 30 minutes to see if there was any difference in darkness (there wasn't). And on the instructions that came with the pack of opks the results shouldn't be read after 30 minutes.

I've been a bit crampy this evening too. So I'm starting to wonder if maybe the agnus castus is starting to kick in.

I've been opk testing on and off all cycle and these are by far the darkest opks Ive had

I have proper ewcm

Going to start opk tests at 11 today as it says on the instructions that the best time to test is between 10am - 8pm. And then will wait until 2pm to test again (so that will be a 3 hour wait)

May have to jump the hubby when he gets back from his course tonight before he goes off for night duty
