I had my nuchal translucency scan today at 12w2d and baby looked good! They asked if I wanted a peek at the gender and she told me she thinks a girl! What do you think?

Boys and girls look the same at that age. They both have a protrusion. I can't tell anything from your pics. I copied a piece of an article about nubs.

"The nub theory is basically about 'the angle of the dangle'. Between 11 and 14 weeks' gestation both genders have a penis-like protuberance between the legs. They look incredibly similar at this point, except for the angle at which they are pointing. Sometimes there are males and females at this stage which are in the 'grey area', but essentially a boy's 'dangle' is 30 degrees up relative to the backbone and a girl's is below 30 degrees"

Yeah this is I guess a potty shot from underneath the legs are on the sides. She said girl because there was no nub really sticking out and said she sees girl bits. We'll see in a month!

I can not tell based on your scan pic. But when I went for my 12week scan the tech also made a guess which was very surprising to me since she would NOT guess with my previous 2 pregnancies. She guessed girl which I was hoping she is wrong, but the 18 week scan revealed she was indeed correct! Not sure the experience level of your tech, but I'd say if it's a decent tech, and they dare to guess this early, I would put "some" trust in it! Good Luck!
