Anybody had or will be going?
I go March 5 and 1030, to a special ultrasound place about 25 minutes away from me.
Is this scan longer than your typical dating scan? Do they use abdominal probe or vaginal probe? I have never been for one, altho I sound Naieve, I just am at this point as it seems *more in depth* guess cus of the name.
I am 35, will be 36 when baby due. I am so curious, excited to know my exact due date. I know and feel in my heart it is September 13, based on when I ovulated but anythings possible.

i'm having one on 14th march. had one with my 2 last pregnancies too. it's an abdominal scan and doesn't take any longer than a normal scan.

I had mine a few weeks ago. They did a abdominal scan that lasted about 5-10mins, then they did blood work.

I had my US and first round of blood work 3 weeks ago and today I went for the 2nd round of blood work. The US started abdominal but the baby was not cooperating, she could not get a good measurement, so I had to have a vaginal US in the end. 9/13 is my brother's birthday, good luck!

Thank you girls. I just know my patience level laying on the table isnt all that great if I gotta pee LOL. I also have to book a sitter for the younger 3. so I want to make sure It wont take that long and what they have to do. I didnt get any bloodwork forms.. I think I will get that Feb 20th then
