Ntnp 6years after loss

So I've never done a post on here before I'm pretty new to all this. We have a girl age 9 and a boy age 7 first was conceived with ntnp, second and third I was on pill. It's been 6 years since we lost #3 and have decided to start ntnp and I'm delighted as I've always wanted more and hubby has finally agreed but I'm scared of losing another, scared as I'm older now and it might not happen again and scared as #1 and #2 both have aspergers and it's hard work as it is so am I crazy to add to this all?
