Ntnp but not sure what's happening

So 9th July had my coil out. Suck back story took 2 years to conceive each of my boys so not in a hurry.

But for 2 weeks had vile heads and permanent nausea and 2 days ago I had spotting dark red for 2 hours only. Just when I wiped.

I haven't had a period yet. People's thoughts please. Have had a bfn this morning. Any one had awful symptoms after coil removal.
