NTNP - do you symptom spot too?

The What to Expect books are pretty good as is thier website, they have a section on preconception that gives some good advice for how to figure out when you're ovulating.

Been NTNP 8 months, and have only had 3 periods since then, so, yeah, every month I symptoms spot like crazy.

Ok, so this month I've been pretty relaxed.

I have no idea if or when I ovulated and I noticed that a couple of mornings I felt sick before I would have ovulated as was a few days after AF so realised that sometimes symptoms are not symptoms at all.

Hmmm I wonder how long this relaxed attitude will last for? Period due Fri to Sun I think so have managed to not get too hung up during 2ww!! Success
