NTNP.... please help

Ok so I've been that busy I've realised I've not had a period this month, it was the other day my nipples were bleeding they became that itchy I made them bleed, oh Google why and he said could be pregnant lol which then got me trying to work out my af. Last af wad 7th October and it lasted 6 days stopped on 13th, then 2 weeks later 28th I had a 3 day spotting and then nothing, I seem to be getting worse but u out it down to a cold that I have that won't shift,
So far
My boobs are alot bigger and look like a road map
My nipples are dark and itchy
I'm badly bloated
Headache

Woke up after a worse night sleep ever just could not get comfy and I feel dreadful
Aching all over
Headache
Sore boobs
And feeling sick not been sick just that feeling
And I have this strange taste in my mouth I put that down to my morning breathe brushed my teeth and yet it still there

Can any one help me work it out I won't take a test just yet as I don't want dissapointment. Just can't belive ive let myself forget when I'm due af

Also I'm moody for no reason and have a increase I'm discharge I'm constantly wet down there sorry this but that's not normal for me

The only thing you can do is take a test. Xx
