Nub or cord?

Hi at my early gender ultrasound she said the cord was in the way and didn’t want to give me an answer. She said she didn’t see anything that screamed boy to her but wanted me to come back in a week to see if that cord moved. I was looking back at pics and someone was the top pic that was the nub. Do you all think so too? Do you think that is the cord on the bottom pic?

I’m not sure if there’s any way to differentiate in a still photo; I would think the radiologist/ ultrasound tech would need to flip the switch to show the blood flow while live or manipulating the angles to better determine?

If it is the nub, then boy all day no doubt about it, but I wouldn’t paint the nursery quite yet since the cord was confirmed between the legs as well.
