I am going in tomorrow for my second IUI. Last month we did clomid and then the trigger and then IUI and it didn't work. I had only one follicle and my doctor said the lining was possibly to thin. This month my doctor put me on letrozole (which is the same as femara, I think?) and we did the trigger again. I am curious though because I went in Monday morning for my ultrasound and the ultrasound tech told me I had 3 mature follicles and one that was to small, but when I talked to the nurse today she said I only had one mature, and one that probably would be mature by tomorrow. We are paying out of pocket for the treatment, and I just wonder what is normal in terms of number of follicles. Anyone have any thoughts??? Thanks!!!
