Numbness in cocycs and bum following spinal

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a spinal for the delivery of my second 4 days ago and the tailbone area feels numb still, plus my bum seems to get more numb during the day depending on what i'm doing. or if i'm lying on my back at night it gets more numb.

i thought perhaps it was due to being stuck in a bed for a few days following the op but it doesn't seem to be going.

also a bit constipated with the numbess making it seem hard to 'go' - any ideas??

I still get a weird numb [but kinda achy] feeling in my bum, coming up 17 months later! Not sure if it was the spinal block or epidural though...the epi only worked on one side, and that's the side that I get trouble with

It feels as though my bum has bad circulation, needs a massage etc, but exercise doesn't seem to help. It's not like it constantly but it isn't very nice!
