Nursing strike and breast lumps

So DD is on a nursing strike, she will feed at night no problem but she refuses the breast during the day and before bed (when previously she HAD to have a bf or all hell broke loose!). I've been riding it out, pumping to keep my supply up and she nurses several times a night soI haven't had any supply issues.
Anyway I've got these lumps in one breast, I'm not sure what they are- I was thinking plugged ducts but from what I've read they'd be painful if that was the cause and they don't hurt at all. I don't have any signs of mastitis either.
The lumps are small, 2 the size of peas maybe and one a fair bit smaller. They feel like they are on a slightly raised vein. Anyone know what it might be? I'm wondering whether its worth going to the doctor in case the lumps are causing my milk to be different and putting DD off, but don't want to waste their time if its just a coincidence, as the lumps aren't causing me any bother otherwise.
