Greets! I was wondering if anyone can recommend some books to pick up concerning healthy foods and eating habits for Mom and Baby during pregnancy. Basically I'm looking for something that will give me advice on what to eat to keep us both healthy during all stages of pregnancy and post-birth. Recipe and exercise plans are a bonus, but most specifically I'd like something concerning the nutrition and recommendation of foods to eat.
