So okay. When you put it in,you do it on the first day of your period. That's the first time. It says when you take it out, take it out for a week. So do you keep it out for a full week or just until the first day of your period? I'm so confused

Wait, you started using it on the first day of your period? I put it in on the last...

And the kept it for exactly 3 weeks. On the same day exactly 3 weeks later I removed it and the one week later (again, on the same day) put it in again.

I didn't see what it says on the pack, my gyno was the one who told me to do it on the last day.

I thought it was supposed to be out while you are on your period, thats what the weekly break is for, right?


I have no idea...I'm confused now

Last day for me as well. If I take it out on say, a Tuesday, then I leave it out until the following Tuesday.

K putting it in the last day makes more sense actually - I'm not so sure about it + tampons hah
