"O" in my sleep

I've O'd in my sleep since I can remember...doesn't even have to be a steamy dream. It happens to me pregnant or not so i would say it's normal (and I also consider myself pretty lucky LOL)

This is my first pregnancy and I've had a handful of these over the past few weeks. I've been SUPER sick and haven't been in the mood for sexy time with DH so I figured it was just my body needing some satisfaction. The cramps really freaked me out as I don't have those with "normal" O's.
