obi tens or elle tens???

hi girls,

anyone got any advice about tens machines and the different types- experiences of using them? differences?
is it worth having a tens with different intensities on diff pads???

i used the elle tens from my first contraction until i got into the pool at 4cm, i hate the feeling of it, but it really did work for me!
i liked the elle tens as the boost button is great for when you get a big contraction!

I have no experience of the obi tens but I bought an Elle Tens last week (in the sale at local Lloyds Pharmacy!) and its wonderful.

I use tens most days for a chronic back problem (under consultants advice) & its much better than my usual (and expensive) unit. Tho Ive only use 2 of the 4 pads & the batteries seem to be holding out ok so far.

The boost button is great & Im looking forward to putting it to a proper test in labour!
