If i havent had a period yet is obvulation tests the only way i would be able to track im obvulating, Fed up of the wait and just cant get the baby part of my mind to rest and iv only been trying for a month, i know some people have been trying for ages and my heart goes out to all of you ladies, i would have lost all hope by now, im strong but so iritated that it hasnt happend yet. x

ovulation tests don't always tell you if you ovulate it tells you your lh surge is increasing to ovulate. sometimes your body tries to ovulate and fails, and tries again. the only way to tell if you O is by charting your bbt. you use a bbt thermometer and take your temp every morning before you get out of bed after at least 4 hours of sleep at the same time.

i am clueless to how to tell im obvulating by my temperature, can you explain, might sound like a dumb question but i from last month i though you obvulate all the time, stupid i know x

with temping on ff it does it all for you! When charting you will get a dip in temp, and then have 3 consecutive days of rising temps. If ff thinks you ovulated it will give you cross hairs of your Ov date

this is my first month off bc and i am temping with a bbt. if u go on to Fertilityfriend.com you can enter your daily temps in there. remember it needs to be a basal body thermonitor that goes to 2 decimal point as your temp shift could be so small. take ur temp after 4 hours sleep ad before u get up, have a drink or eat, take it at the same time everyday (set an alarm and note it dwn is best). ur temp will drop then have at least three days of higher temps. Fertility friend is good for telling you if you have ovulated.
