odd cramp (like passing a clot)

hi ladies- im still very new to this just 3 weeks off cerezette although im already stressed lol.

i had pains in the ovary area fri/sat and thought these may be ov pains. today i have an unusual pain that ive not had before unless on AF.

its that really unusual cramp you get when passing a clot. just wandered if anyone has had this when not on AF?

btw i have had no periods on BC apart form one on 18th may for some reason lol

I started post-ov cramping after I came off the pill. About a week before af is due, for a couple of hours, usually 2-4 days, then no more cramps til af. Don't know about passing a clot in terms of comparing the feeling, sorry! Mine come on strong, wake me up, and feel very "pit of despair," lol.

(They are helped by Aleve, a heating pad, and sleeping with my knees wide apart... Not that the first two work when ttc.)
