Odd question...

I know we are not supposed to advertise businesses or self promotion. My question is, is there a section I could see if there are any ladies in my area interested in free photography sessions? Something for me to just get practice but not to profit from? I really want to do some maternity and newborn/baby shoots for practice but it's hard to find a specific target audience. For me this is just a budding hobby. Thanks!

There isn't I'm afraid.

Only thing I suggest is if you have forum friends who would be ideal you can ask them directly.

What about joining some local Facebook groups or communities?
