off and on stomach ache

stomach has been aching for the last few days... when I say off and on, I mean it will be hurting for 20 minutes to an hour, but then go away. it's kind of a dull ache, almost like I'm hungry, but I'm not. I thought this might be related to contractions? but not sure...
don't know if anyone else has had this, or what you make of it. I don't think it's significant enough to call the nurse or anything... I do have a doctor's appt. this afternoon, so I guess I'll mention it to him.

I had stomach ache for a while, must have had it on and off for a few days then about a week later I went in to labour. I was feeling off too. But if its just mild belly ache it probably isn't anything to worry about. Worth mentioning to your doctor though if your seeing him anyway
