Off set maternity pay deducted??

Just wondering if anyone can help? My pay slip has statutory maternity pay at £531.71, but under it it has statutory maternity pay offset -£291.12. Then it has maternity leave offset -£148.65. This means I only have £298 paid into the bank. Does anyone know what this offset thing is and why I have had it taken off? Thank you

Are you receiving company maternity pay at all? It does sound a bit weird, can you contact your payroll dept over the holidays?
