OH forgot my EDD

OH forgot my EDD last month. I'm still a bit upset. How would you feel?

I know how you feel, i said to huby the other day, ask for the 28th Dec off work, he then asked me WHY??? mmmmm because i should be giving birth and i dont know how i am going to cope

I never said anything i ignored him till he worked it out, but as much as it hurt me i dont think he did it on purpose and he gave me a kiss and a cuddle....

Mayby he didnt know how to be with you honey xxxxxx

I don't think he did it on purpose either.

What really made me mad was that the EDD wasnt some obscure date, it was the day right after a holiday (edd was july 5).

Here's what happened. I marked that day with an unhappy face. OH comes to me with the calendar asking why it had an unhappy face. Uhh, I was supposed to be giving birth around that day!

Men arent the best at being tactful are they! And they tend to say whats in their head before they actually think about it.

I know i'll be rightly p'd off if my hubby forgets.

I'm dreading my EDD, the day after my brothers 40th, I know I won't feel like partying that night. I feel that everyday that passes the more it's bothering me.

My OH did too sweets. It is a man thing. They dont think like us unfortunately.

One thing about men is many of them seem to block emotions they find it easier in some way? I doubt he meant to hurt or forget in an insensative manner hun just how they cope. I wouldn't be too hard on him hun I'm sure he hurts when he things about it for some reason us ladies always think of these things deepr and find coping more difficult (in most cases).
