I just had to complain. DH went to visit his mom with DS, so I am home alone. Usually when they go visit I get to enjoy a little "me time." Todays "me time" is not so fun.
Woke up this early to (tmi) watery diarrhea, nausea, and occasional sharp stabbing pains in my upper stomach. Not the worst pain I've ever had, but still pretty painful. If only these pains would stop, I could go back to sleep for a little while, and maybe feel better. But for now I guess I'll just wallow in my own misery.

Oh hope you feel better soon hun :(
No fun poor you

Emma

Thank you. I was starting to feel a little better for a bit, but it didn't last long. I'm considering heading into the ER for IV fluids if it doesn't get better soon. I haven't been able to keep anything down other than just a tiny bit of water and Gatorade.

Definitely not getting any better. Any time I try to eat or drink anything the pain I'm having gets worse. Just about as bad as gallstone pain, but intermittent instead of constant. So we are heading to the local ER. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on so I won't hurt anymore. Of course at the very least they can give me fluids to get me rehydrated.

Hope you feel better soon hun :hugs:

Oh no! I'm sure you'll start to feel better once you get some fluids in you.

Hope they manage to sort something out for you Hun and you start to feel a bit better.x

Thinking of you hun let us know how you are :)

Oh geeze sounds horrible.. like a horrible stomach virus.

Hope you're ok now and being looked after. Let us know how you go.

Thanks everyone! It was a nasty stomach virus. They gave me some meds to settle my stomach, 2 bags of fluids, and a prescription for Zofran and one for phenergan. They also checked babies heart rate. It was a nice steady 168, when they finally found it! LO is a major wiggler. They would find it for a couple seconds and then baby would move again :) Took 2 nurses to get it.
I'm not a 100% yet, but much better. I can at least function and take care of DS while DH is at work.

Glad that LO is OK and that you are starting to feel better!

Glad your ok hun And bubs love the wiggly bit that's what mine is like the midwife gets the hb and she disapeers again lol
