In bed in the early hours of this morning, I got up to go for a pee - as is routine nowadays - and when I got back into bed OH put his hand on my tummy, a few minutes later, I felt baby kick/nudge, I didn't want to ask OH if he felt it in case he was asleep. But I said to him today "I'm surprised you didn't feel the baby kick you lastnight" and he said "i did feel some nudging!"

I know I'm only almost 17 weeks, but do you think he actually felt it?
I've noticed a pattern with baby's movements since they got more frequent this week, occasionally baby will nudge in the early afternoon but the rest of baby's movements seem to be late, from around 10pm into the early hours.

It's possible! Although it could have been gas too. Either way let him think he felt baby, it will help him bond. ;)

Well he felt it just as I felt the baby so assuming it was a big one!

He's been very interested in bump since :)

Aww thats cool. We were in bed on Sunday morning an I was feeling baby a lot but OH sat there for ages with his hand where I could feel it and didn't feel anything.

I was laying on my side and stretched a bit so everything on my tummy was pulled tight, I don't know if that helped or not

im 23 weeks and hub still cant feel anything ( hes not patient enough to wait). but who knows!

More than likely if you were feeling baby move !! :) hubbys been able to feel jax since 16 weeks but since he already felt it all with adrian he knows what it feels like (not to mention my dr had to double check my dates when he saw how hard jaxon was kicking at the 23 week appt) we have been able to watch my belly bounce all around since 18 weeks it has just gotten stronger as the weeks go on :) its very very possible !!

I totally believe it now because we both just watched baby make my belly do a wave!! It moved all across the front of my tummy (much higher up than I thought!) and I could feel the difference in my tummy. It went from quite soft to quite hard where baby had come forward to say hello. It was amazing!!

I'm 15 weeks and my husband felt the quickening the other day :) I bet your husband felt it!

Well it definitely freaked us both out when we saw baby move across my stomach lol!!

Yes it's perfectly normal to feel them from 16 weeks. Most people don't with their first until later on as they mistake it for other things until the movements become more frequent. I've been feeling my baby move for about 2 weeks & now I'm feeling regular kicks several times a day x
