OH talking in his sleep

Lying here in bed on my laptop. DF is sound asleep and begins to talk in his sleep. This is something totally normal for him. When he worked at his old job he would talk about things like red staplers and lean cuisines. They had special red staplers and he took lean cuisines everyday practically for lunch. Well tonight's conversation was a little different than normal. He mumbled a sentence and all I could make out is "she"... harmless right? Then after a short pause he yells out the name "Jenn". This could be normal/harmless except we don't know anybody by this name... or at least not that I know of him knowing. He only works with one woman and that is not her name. Very tempted to leave him a little note in his lunch saying something sarcastic like "So when will I be meeting Jenn?"

Am I overreacting or is this totally weird? I know he wouldn't "cheat" on me. The poor man doesn't have the time to cheat between a fulltime job, school and being a wonderful dad and OH. However, I do think it could be someone he goes to school with that he maybe has a too flirtatious relationship with Idk maybe my thoughts are getting the best of me.

It's probably totally harmless hun but I'd be exactly the same, and I probably would've left the note! Maybe speak to him and say you we're having a conversation with Jenn in your sleep last night, just see what his reaction is?

Should I bring up the conversation 1st or just ask who Jenn is and see what he says? He just started pouting like a puppy as I'm typing this...weird

Thing is he might be thinking he's kissih LO if he's pouting, but cos you can't see in his head you'll not know! I think I'd bring up the conversation first, my OH would automatically say I have no idea if I asked who someone was!

Oh no not like with his lips pouting like making whining noises sry. He does that when he wants to get lucky and I tell him no lol

Yes that's exactly what my OH would do, and make out I'm nuts! He did this yesterday when I questioned him about a dream I'd had lol, ok maybe I am nuts!

I had a dream that he cheated on me before and I wouldn't even talk to him the next day I was so mad at him! He thought it was hilarious

Yep snap! My dream was so real the other night and he admitted it (in the dream) by telling me her full name, I asked him yesterday and he burst out laughing! I think I need help lol

I remembered exactly what she looked like, what car she drove and a name I think too! In my dream I caught them I ran the whole scenario by him and everything step by step I think I am buts

Sounds wierd but you should try asking him while hes sleep talking. My OH sleep talks and sometimes will respond if i answer his ramblings. He told me his mum found out he smoked as a young teen by asking him while he was asleep

I tried! That's when he said Jenn! I have to be careful about that tho because sometimes it wakes him up and he gets embarrassed and won't talk about it

Hehe at his mum! What a method to get secrets out of him! I had the weirdest dreams about OH while I was pregnant. Not so much now. But I was wondering, are you sure it was the name Jenn and not something that sounded like that? Maybe he was calling for a Gin (and tonic)? lol

Lol, he might have read it in a book or seen the name on telly? I tend to dream about characters I read about or saw in a movie/tv. Drives my hubby nuts but he knows I won't cheat on him.

So I asked him and this is what I got after I asked what he was dreaming about last night

HIM "Idk. I remember waking up around 3:30 really freaked out."

ME "Well we need to talk about it sometime today. What's the name of the girl you work with again?"

HIM ".....Kacie. Why?"

ME "Okay, well that's not it but you were calling out another girl's name in your sleep."

HIM "What?! Who?"

ME "Somebody named Jenn..."

Then he goes on to tell me he doesn't know anybody by that name. That none of his TV shows even have somebody named Jenn in them and he has no clue. I said ok but asked if it might be somebody he went to school with. He said the only girl in his class is named Charmaine and it's the one he doesn't even go to on Monday's. I told him to think about it and it's more annoying to be told idk than for him to just tell me if he knows who it is.
