I guess I'm to start "fresh" on the forum...about a month before I had little Violet Mae (February 27, 2009), I had some complications and life just got so very busy that I dropped off the planet...for about a year, apparently. I missed this forum very much and was so happy to see that it is still thriving, as I am plunging headlong into motherhood to a near one year old.
Violet was born, as I mentioned, at 8:31 p.m, Feburary 27, 2009. She was delivered by c-section because she was a week late, and my blood pressure was very high and continued to be so. Only complication I had my entire pregnancy, unless you count me falling off a friend's porch after our Presidential Election and breaking my ankle (nope, no wine involved!). She was and is the most beautiful child. Happy and healthy and the joy of our lives.
So glad to be back and will now delve into all that I've missed!
