Lol I know never look at a test past its time, but Im not sure what the time limit is on Tesco ones. Basically I did a test first thing this morning on an IC and it was negative. Im 13 dpo by the way. Anyway just before I had to go out I thought sod it do the Tesco one just incase the IC ones arent great. Waited a few mins and nothing and had to rush out so left it on the shelf, was out about an hour 15mins to 1hr 30mins, came back and I can see a faint line. Now I know I shouldnt have looked but now I have my hopes up. Its a wide ish line and looks pink. Once camera charges ill post a pic! Is there any chance this could be a bfp or is it just an evaporation line

Hey there,

I normally throw out my HPT test after ten minutes which I think is the recommended time slot.

Perhaps it is a BFP perhaps buy another one. Bubby dust to you.

Here are the pics, hard to get good pics. The line does look pink in real life. Going to go get another test at lunchtime and look at it within ten minutes. Will try save my wee till then

I can definitely see a line but since it's past the 10min period I think you should do another test before you get your hopes up. FXd for you x x

first response test negative looks like it was an evaporation line.

Just have to see if af arrives tomorrow. feels like it will though

I can definitely see the line!! Try another Tesco test, as these may be the only ones picking it up this early. Good luck to you xxx

Like purple rose I throw out my tests after 10 mins...... Then I pull them out of the bin every 30 minutes or so until period comes....LOL

I ended up doing another tesco test and I can see a really faint line much fainter than the other but it was mid afternoon by this time lol, not sure if it was there in the time limit though as I didnt see it till I opened the test maybe 20mins later as I didnt think I could see anything! Completely confuddled lol. Really hope its just the tesco ones picking up a very faint bfp thats going to get stronger but not convinced because of the first response negative which are meant to be mega sensitive.. Last month my af arrived first thing in the morning so will see if its arrived in the morning.....

Well thought id give you a little update, no sign of af today so far. Last month she was here when I got up. Done a couple more tests and not sure if I can see very faint line or not. Not done a tesco one again yet though. One of the ones today was a frer, which makes me think im not pg as they are meant to be super sensitive and if there was a line it was very faint. Who knows.....I do keep feeling on and off sick feeling though but this could just mean af is on its way. Its so hard not to get your hopes up.

P.S none of the tests today were fmu as this morning I was more interested on seeing if af had started.....its so hard not to keep checking today now to see if af has arrived or not

Im feeling rather deflated and upset. Still no sign of my af and negative test. Dont think it even had a little line so probably means my body is playing silly buggers and my period is just going to arrive. My wee was quite dilute as I had to pee twice in the night but I should still be showing on a test by now.

Re looked at the test!!! Arrrrgggghhhhh. There might be a little line but only after the time limit and only after I took it apart so counts as negative.
