Wow you certainly are organised! I think you have pretty much EVERYTHING covered, and i might actually print off ur list for myself when i'm moving out! I have to ask though, how are you managing to afford all of this?? (Tell me to bugger off if im being rude!) Its just that OH and I are hoping to move out of our parents houses and move in together before the baby arrives also and i am worrying about how we are going to survive financially just after rent and bills never mind buying bits and bobs haha! Well done I must say x x x x

I remember making these lists when I was moving out.. it's so exciting :haha:

We started now lifting under £100 of stuff a week my Benefits and his pay work well atm as we are separate until we move in . . . . which won’t be too long atm I’m worried as I just found out we need to get a bed, box freezer, sofa and a table and chairs as the house is unfurnished and we need a £400 deposit but we have EVERYTHING on the list so far that’s green brand new so I’m going to get some second hand bits lol :haha:

I can’t wait to have the list all green xxxx

Wow uv got double of what iv got from when i moved out lol.
Uv done well
x

I really won't be much help but I just had to say... DAMN you're organized. I am so jealous. I attempt to make lists and then my attention gets stolen by something else. :dohh:

you don't need a changing table hun. honestly. you will use it a few times and then you will end up not taking your LO in there to change nappies, it will end up being a pain. i just change aiden on my knee!

Im really confused... what is a wrap around vest ?? Its on my list that I found of things we need, and have no idea what they are xxx

a vest that ties at the front or has velcro fastners it's until the cord falls off xoxo

when i first moved out at barely 17 i had...a single bed mattress and some clothes ;) that is all haha. now finally i have almost everything.

do you have a furniture bank where you live? we have one here.. it's like a good bank. if you're just starting out and need things for your home you can sign up and they will deliver them to you (it will not nessasarily match and be the nicest bits in the world, but they will be in good, working condition etc)
anyone can donate their furniture there if they don't need it any more.. so it's an easy free way to get some of the items you may need

also, you could always throw a house warming and get items from family and friends

when OH and I moved out, the church his grand mother attends was having a fund raising event .. his grandmother got us brand new dishes and silverware and and pots and pans that were all actually quite nice for less than $20!
we bargain shopped a lot but still managed to get quite nice things

plus we kind of lucked out in the furniture department because i work at a furniture store .. we got things with little scratchs etc on them from being in the showroom for free

ahh im pretty much rambling now, sorry
good luck with moving out :flower:
