Old blood discharge?

Hi ladies, I'm 40+8 and I'm due to see my mw in a couple of hours. Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has had brown discharge like old blood? Its almost like the last day of my period or something. Its not mucousy or anything

I've not heard of this before. I never remember getting it with my first pregnancy.
