This says over 140 is a girl, yes?

Im 16+6 and the last two days I've been getting 143 so I'm thinking girl? But it seems annoyingly borderline to make a judgement on! Anyone have any experience of this?

Thanks! x

My girl was at around 141 at 12w, 154 13w and now at around 156....my son was always below 140 so it can be right.

Out of 22+ wives tales DH had fun with, a majority, like 20 said BOY and it's a girl!

haha SO much fun though!

Argghhh they're so annoying aren't they! Hubby is saying boy and I think it's a girl. I wish there was a way to be a bit more sure but not find out 100% on the scan.

I love the surprise but the wait drives me mad! Haha ;)

I don't believe this old wives tale I asked my sonographer this and she said it has no indication of gender it shows how active baby is at the time, plus all fetuses start of fast then get slower,
Two of my boys were faster than my girls fist boy I never knew the heart rate so didn't know

Haha I keep losing her(?) him(?) because they keep wriggling off. Midwife had a mare of a time even trying to find the heartbeat yesterday and all we kept hearing was the swooshing of arms. So i reckon i have got a pretty active little wriggler, just like big brother was on all of his scans! ;)
