Today I had the tv on in the background while tidying up and a segment came on about a lady who had a baby, so I stopped and watch, but to my surprise it was rather shocking!! This lady had a melanoma while she was pregnant and it passed through her placenta, and the darling baby girl was born with stage 4 melanoma. :O
This shocked me so much that today when I went to my drs appointment I got her to check all my moles. ( which were all normal thank god )
That asside, she said the only problem I should have with my ttc is the little bit of extra weight I am carrying as estrogen likes to stick to that, but if I lose some weight and still not pg come back to her and she will do some tests and help me balance my hormones if needed. Which she doubts I will need.
I think this doc wants me to have another baby as much as I do!
Feeling a bit better about ttc now
