omg i hate boobs..!!

These are my favorite two bras, i had a simular one to the second my pregnancy with my son. You can find underwire bras that are made so you cant feel the underwire.

I even have a few from superstore and walmart, that are amazing and they were only 8$

I looked on baby center and it said the reason you shouldnt wear underwires is that it could clog the milk ducts, but so can a lack of support if you have very large breasts.

Im just say imo i think its crap. Thats just me from my experience lol.

I was told that's what the maternity bra salespeople started saying, so they get more sales. Honestly, my boobies hurt when I don't wear an underwire bra!

yea i agree with you guys. i think it sounds really silly. And i think if it was that serious the doctors prolly would have covered it at this point.

I agree i spend 60$ on a really really nice nursing bra without underwire, and my boobs freaking killed me when my milk came in. I ended up just wearing a normal underwire bra.

i definatly think they say that so you will go out and buy things.

For instance i didnt buy a single thing of maternity clothing with Taye. I never bought a bassinet or changing table and we never had a baby bath tub.. all of which I was highly recomended to buy from numerious people and sales reps. Half the stuff they say to buy is all so you spend more money Imo.

But for you ladys that the underwire diggs find a bra that has hidden underwire, they even have ones with matterial under the underwire. they are great. You will get more strechmarks from lack of support. then wearing a underwire bra.

I also had to get bigger bras..
(I HATE my boobs!)
the underwire in one i bought started to poke me so i just took the wire out..

still seems to do the job.. and im happy with not getting poked all the time..

im 16 weeks today and use cocobutter twice a day and havent got strechies yet..

lets hope it works for me. :flower:

i'm not a pregnant teen (close , 2 years older) . . . but i noticed this post and decided to read it :)
I'm only 11 weeks, but having twins and had a C cup before i got pregnant. I use bio oil as often as possible,
My boobs have already increased from a 36C to a 36D cup! so im really hoping that im soon done growing and dont get too many marks!

Well everyone knows what's best for them but I also got told by ma doctor and midwife that its better not ta wear wire when pregnant so I'm listening to it caus iv had enough things wrong with me and don't need another thing lol..
For me bio oil and cocoa butter really hasn't worked if anything its made them worse if you don't do it for a day you can see it only covers them it don't get rid of them..xx

jst to be honest i HAD HORRIBLE stretchmarks and they have gone away soooooo much there is still a scar but they arent as bad as they used to be. and the type of bra doesnt matter jst wear wats comfy! =}

iv got some stretch marks but only on 1 lol only light ones but they havnt even grown!dont know how i managed to get them there and not even on my bely lolx

I got told no matter what creams you use if you are going to get stretchmarks it will happen. Its all down to you and the elasticity in your skin, no cream is specifically desinged just with you in mind.
This coming from someone who used both bio-oil and coco butter cream religiously, until I gave up. By the time I gave up I was covered in stretchies.

As for my boobs I've hardly got any stretchies from them. I went from a 34D to a 36G :O and I only have a few, but very faded. I too agree I couldn't live without the support from my underwire bra's, I just feel completely unsupported if I wear any other kind.

im still wearig my underwired bra's ..they dop tend to dig in a bit but im so used to them i couldnt wear any other either x

i work in la senza and our bra fitting policy with pregnant women is to tell them that we can measure them but they are advised not to wear an underwired bra during pregnancy.and thats not to make us more money cause we dont sell non underwired bras

my boobs barely fit in an H bra ><

I got this bra measured for prom, and she gave me extra room in there, and no I have imprints all over my boobs, do they even go above H? and theyre also covered in viens and brown freckles. so not sexy

She gave you extra room caus your boobs will grow.. I thought why tha hell are ma bras bigger but now there too small lol xx

Im thinking Canada is just different then cause i have never been told Underwire bras werent good for pregnant woman. And i was in La senza yesterday, cause i had to go buy a new bra since i only fit one bra now.. ugh.. And I talked with one of the girls in there and she recomended different ones, i even told her i was pregnant and needed a bra to fit a bit big, and blah blah, And she never said a thing about it.

Coming from a mom who nursed for a year. It did nothing to me, and i was very well informed imo about what you can and cant do, im sure i would have heard about this, just must not be a concern in Canada.

I was in marks and spencers getting fitted today and I jumped from a 32B to a 34D I was advised no underwire but she didnt mind my decision! Xoxo
